These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the No Worries Mobile RV Service website and services. By requesting service or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Services
No Worries RV provides mobile RV generator repair, annual generator service, and refurbished generator sales within a 50-mile radius of Tampa, Florida. A mobile generator service call carries a $475 minimum, collected online at booking. The $475 includes dispatch to your RV within the 50-mile service area and up to the first hour of on-site diagnostic/repair labor. A 3.5% card convenience fee applies. Additional labor, parts, or repairs are quoted separately before any additional work is performed. Applicable taxes are additional.
Appointments and scheduling
Appointment requests are confirmed by phone before a technician is dispatched. Submission of a request does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, or parts availability.
Pricing and payment
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refurbished generator purchases may require a deposit. We accept major credit cards; card processing fees may apply.
Warranties
Repair warranties, if any, are provided in writing at the time of service and cover only the specific work performed. Refurbished generators carry the warranty stated on the refurbished generators page. We are not an authorized Cummins dealer and do not imply factory warranty coverage.
Limitation of liability
No Worries RV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
