Yes. We're fully mobile and repair RV generators at your driveway, campsite, or storage yard throughout Tampa Bay, within roughly 50 miles of Tampa.
Do I need to tow the RV anywhere?
No. There's no towing and no shop drop-off — the technician comes to where the RV is parked.
What does the $475 include?
The $475 Mobile Generator Diagnostic & Repair Visit includes dispatch and travel within our standard Tampa Bay service area, on-site troubleshooting and testing, and up to the first hour of diagnosis and/or repair labor. It's collected online when you book, plus a 3.5% card fee.
Do you repair 4000, 5500, and 7000 gasoline generators?
Yes — 4000, 5500, and 7000 gasoline RV generators (Onan) are our specialty and the units we service every day.
What if the generator cranks but won't start?
That's the most common call we run. It usually traces back to fuel delivery, a varnished carburetor, a weak fuel pump, or ignition, and we diagnose it on-site.
Can you diagnose Code 36?
Yes. Code 36 means the engine stopped unexpectedly, most often from a fuel restriction or carburetor problem. We test the fuel system on-site to find the cause.
What if my generator has been sitting for months?
Stored generators often fail to start because old fuel gums up the carburetor and fuel pump. We diagnose and correct storage-related fuel problems at your RV.
Do you carry common parts?
We carry many common generator parts on the service vehicle, so many repairs can be completed on the first visit. Some parts may need to be ordered.
What happens if the repair takes longer than the initial visit?
Additional labor is $265/hour, billed in 30-minute increments of $132.50. If a return trip is needed for parts, return travel is $125. You'll know before any of it happens.
Do I approve additional repairs before being charged?
Yes. Any parts or labor beyond the initial visit are quoted for your approval before work continues.
